This First Exercise involves intentional sexual stimulation with the help of masturbation to reach a rapid orgasmic frequency which will be powerfully propagated throughout the body and beyond, the whole spiritual home, the vehicle of light, that is to say the MARAKABA.

    

It allows rapid progress in the process of controlling ejaculation to orgasm, whether in a male or female human, and the exploration of your own sexuality independently with your Divinity in the privacy of your room.

    

To achieve these objectives, intercourse in a couple, for those who are in a relationship, must be put in parentheses by mutual agreement, each one thus being able to have greater satisfaction in this type of sexual exploration for self-knowledge which is the way which ultimately returns us to ourselves in the Unconditional Love that we are supposed to fully embody before we can reach others in this Love so much sought after and misunderstood.

It is only like this that Love will return to Human relationships.

1-- Put yourself in a lying position (at first, afterwards you can easily move to other positions with ease).

2-- Practice a series of yogic breathing

Rhythmic breathing:

Breathe in deeply for about 6 seconds; hold for about 6 seconds; Breathe out to empty lungs for 6 seconds and hold for 6 seconds.

Continue for about 4 minutes.

3-- Come back to normal breathing and simply observe without interfering.

Then make, silently in heart, the following statement:

I invite you my guides and counselors in spirit in service unto the One Light to join me and assist in the process.

Thereafter, in silence, state this:

I ask that the Creator's Shield of Light be put around you for love, protection and support.

Then follows, still in silence, this commandment:

I command all negative energies and entities to withdraw from my space and cease to exist in the name of the Creator Source of Light.

4-- Emit by focusing on the Divine Presence in your heart the intended intent.

Repeat, in silence, the next:

My intent, Divine Presence, is to activate and raise the Kundalini along my spine to nourish and illuminate all my spiritual dwelling for a permanent connection and fusion with my Divine Self.

Then you declare the following in your heart:

My intent is to have Joy, Beauty, Eternal Youth and Immortality guided by and in Divine Wisdom and Truth.

Father, my will is that only Your Will be done in all things and for all things.

5-- Connect to the Divine Source at the center of All Creation and to the Heart of the Earth.

6-- Use masturbation to wake up the Life/Sexual energy and reach orgasm.

7-- At orgasm deeply inhale and block by squeezing the anus as you mentally command the Life force (Kundalini) to ascend from the base of the spine to the heart and continue until the 13^th Chakra (that of Higher Self) located outside the body about 5 cm above the head.

From there the energy is projected to the God-Source and returns to us abundantly in an unceasing flow.

8-- The rise of the sexual life force will cause the heart to beat faster (be fearless the process is normal and the Divine Being is in control)

9- Repeat the process as much as possible to achieve powerful orgasms that will rebalance and heal the individual Being and beyond the collective Being, Mother Earth.

10-- Send your thoughts to extend your Merkaba to encompass the entire Earth.
